Founded in Sheffield in 1904, the Gleeson name has been well known across the city for over 100 years.

Over the last decade we have focussed on the construction of low cost new homes for local people on low incomes, allowing them to quit the rent trap and get on the property ladder.

We employ over 75 local people at our Sheffield Head Office with 500 people working for us in total across the north of England.

We build new houses on brownfield sites in Sheffield’s most challenging areas, not only providing much needed new homes but helping local communities through our Community Matters programme.
